Friendly staff willing to help with anything. the accommodation is simply beautiful, located right next to a peaceful spot and the impressive castle 🏰.

The room was well furnished, equipped with a good breakfast, the garden plus view of the fields, it accommodated us PERFECTly.

It's a nice-sized place with a good breakfast, the great shower was a real bonus, and it's set in a secluded location near the medieval Castle.

The pool was excellent, healthy breakfasts with the best scrambled eggs and fresh coffee. The room was good sized, provided us with good firm beds and Air-con. The location surprisingly close to centre of old town was fantastic...

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom was clean with a bathtub. My stay was great, and the entire staff were amicable. Greatly enjoyed the location on the hill.

The location was fantastic, very close to the town center, train station, Canal du Midi, restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was beautifully decorated and had a private bathroom. Amenities like central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk were included.

Convenient location for both old and new parts of the city, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Plentiful breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and good coffee. Clean, traditionally furnished room with modern bathroom. Helpful and informative host. Lovely swimming pool and welcomed air conditioning.

The hotel is fairly clean and has views of the castle. Everyone who works in the property is affable and amicable. The units are new-fashioned, functional with a great shower, and offer tea and coffee. Greatly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The room was air-conditioned with a view of the fields. the staff was helpful. the property's location was comfortable as it was close to Carcassonne and surrounding areas. the hotel is nestled just 1 km away from L'Art Gourmand, where we enjoyed tea and goodies.

The rooms were impeccably clean, had air conditioning, and were complemented by a delicious breakfast, a fantastic shower, and the option to enjoy a cup of tea.

The modern triple room with air conditioning and a single bed is fantastic, and the staff and host are excellent.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was even better than I expected, and the location was perfect for exploring the medieval city. The staff, especially Carole, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with a small fridge in the room.
